My name is Kristin Taylor. I have been a practicing OTR since 2002. I graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor of General Studies with focus on biology, psychology, and child development in 1999. I attended Texas Woman’s University of Dallas and graduated with my Master of Occupational Therapy in 2002. I have lived and worked all over Texas throughout my career. Prior to joining Cowtown Pediatrix Clinic, I practiced in all aspects of the healthcare continuum. I am a neuro-developmental specialist with specialized training in sensory integration, pediatric feeding, and functional vision screenings. I spent many years working with clients of all ages after neurological injury. I have completed research in the rehabilitation of stroke patients and published my first case study pertaining to regaining use of a hemiplegic arm after brain injury in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in October 2013. I joined Cowtown Pediatrix Clinic in May 2016 after my husband and I relocated to Fort Worth. I work part-time so I can spend time with my 1 1/2 year old daughter. I look forward to helping you and your child achieve your goals.
