Frequently Asked Questions

No, a referral isn’t required to begin therapy with us. However, some insurance plans do require a referral in order to cover services. If you’re unsure, don’t worry—just give us a call. We’re familiar with the process and happy to help.

We offer pediatric occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, and myofunctional therapy. Not sure if this covers your concerns for your child? Please give us a call, or view our Conditions We Help for more details.

If you’re concerned about your child’s development—whether it’s related to attention, speech, motor skills, feeding, or social interaction—it’s worth having a conversation. We’re happy to guide you through what to look for and whether an evaluation is a good next step.

We typically work with children from infancy through school-age. If you’re unsure if your child is the right age for a particular service, give us a call and we’ll talk it through.

Yes! We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, and out-of-network with other providers. We also offer competitive self-pay options.

Your child will participate in age-appropriate activities and testing designed to assess their skills and needs. We’ll observe, gather information from you, and then review the results together in a follow-up parent meeting.

Most therapy sessions are 60 minutes and scheduled on the hour. We’ll work with your availability to find a consistent time that works best for your family.

That’s completely okay—many parents feel this way. Start by reaching out to us. We’ll help guide you based on your concerns, and the evaluation process will clarify what’s best for your child.
