We’ll check your benefits and walk you through any forms.

STEP 3: EVALUATION DAY
Your child will meet with a therapist for a personalized
assessment. We’ll do our best to make it fun and
comfortable.

STEP 4: PARENT MEETING
We’ll review the results together, answer questions, and
share our care recommendations.

STEP 5: START THERAPY
Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule sessions at a time that
works for your family — most are weekly.

Yes, we accept most major insurance plans. Before your first visit, we verify your benefits for you and walk you through exactly what’s covered, so there are no surprises.

We serve children from infancy through the teen years. Whether you have a toddler who isn’t talking yet or a third-grader struggling with handwriting, our therapists tailor every session to your child’s age and stage.

In many cases, no, you can reach out to us directly. Some insurance plans do require a physician referral, and we’ll check that for you during benefits verification so you know before you start.

Vision therapy is a personalized program that trains how the eyes and brain work together,  skills like tracking, focusing, and eye teaming. A child can have 20/20 eyesight and still struggle with these skills, which often shows up as losing their place while reading, skipping words, or headaches during homework. Every child is different, but many families notice meaningful changes within the first couple of months of consistent weekly sessions. We track progress together and review it with you regularly, so you always know how your child is doing.
